DESCRIPTION:Join The American Slavery Project for the premiere of The Reverberation Plays\, a five-part audio drama series with soundscapes and minimal visuals that dramatize how Black History isn’t an event\, it’s a legacy. Each premiere is accompanied by a scholar-led conversation illuminating the themes of each play. All events will be streamed with a live talkback following the show. Phylicia Rashad also returns to direct our last premiere\, “Second Sight”! \nFEBRUARY 5: “Throw Pitchfork” by Alexander Thomas \nMARCH 5: “You Can Take Out a Parent Plus Loan” by Camille Thomas \nAPRIL 9: “The Haunted Files and H.S. Monologue Mission” by Judy Tate\, Michael Slade and H.S.
