Music for The Spirit: 1in2 – Blanca Cecilia Gonzalez and Jesse Elder (Online)

What better way to end the day than with an hour of delightful music? Every other week a special guest performer will join our host, Ethical NYC Music Director David Gracia.
1in2 is a New York City-based violin/piano duet that was born out of a great variety of contrasting musical styles and approaches. Juilliard grad, Blanca Cecilia González (violin), and Postmodern Jukebox music director, Jesse Elder (piano) have found a wealth of inspiration in their process of combining elements of classical music with jazz, Latin, original compositions, various popular music styles, and free improvisation.
Their live show is a perpetual work in progress, changing freely as they continue to make new discoveries. As parents, 1in2 is actively sharing music with families and children. Their most recent project, Musiquita! was inspired by their children and the necessity to connect and give to others during the Covid-19 quarantine.
