Community Day is about Society governance. Members of the Board will bring the community up-to-date on the running of the Society and will be available to answer questions from the membership.  There will be a presentation of the FY 2026 annual financial statement and an explanation of current financial trends.

Prior to our meeting, Leader Dr. Richard Koral will give a Platform address on the International Day of Peace:

Even in times of interminable war, logic tells us there is no reason not to have peace. How can peace become the passion of everyone?

Community lunch follows, free for first-time guests and families participating in the Young Ethical Explorers Program.

The Zoom link will be shared with Society Members. Keep an eye on your email!

About Sunday Platform

Sunday Platform is our most important and long-standing community event. These gatherings educate, stimulate personal growth, inspire reflection and action, and strengthen our community. Sunday meetings begin with music, followed by greetings and a talk given by a Society Leader, member, or guest.  Platforms cover a variety of topics that reflect current events, pressing social issues, and Humanist philosophy. Each Sunday meeting is followed by a luncheon and social hour.
