About Collected Stories
Ruth, a well-regarded author and teacher of creative writing, takes a gifted student, Lisa, as her assistant, who gradually becomes her friend and confidant. Under Ruth’s mentorship, Lisa blossoms as an ascendant talent. A fiery confrontation is sparked when Lisa incorporates in her fiction a particularly intimate event that Ruth had confided to her. Must age yield to youth, and loyalty to art?
