About Driving Miss Daisy

It’s Atlanta, 1948: Daisy Werthan is, at 72, active, sharp, and perfectly competent. A car accident leads her son to hire Hoke Colburn to drive her around. Thus begins a relationship that spans 25 years and racial, religious, and class divisions as the white, Jewish Daisy and the black, unlettered Hoke confront entrenched prejudice and develop a mutual respect, even affection.

Starring C.K. Allen, Patricia Bruder Debrovner, Stephen Girasuolo, and Bonnie Bean.

Directed by Katrin Hilbe. Produced by Patricia Bruder Debrovner.
