Amnesty International NYC Groups 9 and 280, a Society Affinity Group that has been working with our Ethical Action committee for several years, will begin holding their monthly meetings at the Society’s meeting house (Room 508) beginning on January 18, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. Meetings will be held on the third Tuesday of every month going forward.
For years Amnesty group members and Society members have worked in our meeting house and elsewhere to hold educational events, letter-writing campaigns, and other activities related to advancing Human Rights. If you are interested in attending, please contact Amnesty coordinator Paul Pavese at PPAVESE@jhmc.org to make sure we have sufficient seating for all.
