At Home with the League of Women Voters: “Voting Options During COVID-19”

LWV’s latest At Home With The League event, featuring the League of Women Voter’s Jennifer Wilson, Suzanne Strassevich, and Kate Doran
This year offers new voting options for the November election. There is still same day voting, but also early voting and absentee voting. A panel of League experts will discuss the choices, how to decide the best option for you, and how to use it.

About The Speakers:
Suzanne Strassevich, President of the LWVNY. Voter services is Suzanne’s first love. She has served on the Board of Directors for LWVNYS since 2017. She also served on the Board of LWVNYC. Prior to that she served as the 1st VP for Voters Services at LWV of San Francisco.
Kate Doran, Director at Large of the LWVNY. She is an off board Elections Specialist, for the League of Women Voters and a member of the Voter Service Committee. Kate became an Election Day poll worker in 2004. From 2006 through 2016 she was a Poll Site Coordinator.
Jennifer Wilson, Deputy Director for the LWVNY. She serves as their in-house lobbyist and policy advisor. Before coming to the League she worked as the Deputy Regional Director for the Albany office of Senator Charles Schumer. In 2017 She was recognized in City and State’s 40 Under 40 Rising Stars in Albany.
