About The Glass Menagerie
This classic of the American theater revolves around the Wingfield family: Tom, an aspiring poet; Laura, Tom’s painfully shy sister who escapes into the world of her glass animal figurines, and their mother, Amanda, who dreams of her days as a debutante. When Tom, pressured by Amanda, brings home a “gentleman caller” for Laura, the illusions that make their lives bearable are threatened.
Performed by Adam Burby, Pat Debrovner, Jane Minus, and Wesley Mitchell. Directed by Leslie Kincaid Burby. Produced by Pat Debrovner.
