Ethical Community: We have a great opportunity to support the runners of the New York Marathon on Sunday, November 6 by staffing the water station at mile 19 from 12:00 to 5:30PM. It’s super easy and fun: we just need to hand out water to the runners as they pass by. It’s a great way to cheer on the runners and show that Ethical is in the house.
I have already registered and my goal is to have at least 10 other Ethical folx there but there is no minimum or maximum. See the attached instructions for how to sign up to volunteer and remember to choose NYSEC from the drop down list of volunteer groups.

Location: Fluid Station Mile 19 (Manhattan – 1st Avenue and East 117th Street)
Description: You will receive a rain poncho to wear and a thank you gift at the end of your shift. Help set up the fluid station and distribute water to over 50,000 thirsty runners. Children as young as 13 may register for this role. Please note, this is a long shift that requires you to be standing up. Please register only if you can commit to completing the shift in its entirety.
